Things aren’t always #000000 and #ffffff.

I never thought I would be a designer! As a child, I would spend hours in the sun discussing movies or cycling around the neighborhood. As a pre-internet, pre-technology 90's kid, when we had to be creative with our time, I loved drawing pictures and coloring on walls. My love for creativity continued through higher secondary school where I was a commerce student but excelled in art and design technology, slowly establishing my creative interests around the arts.

During college, I interned at 'Get Some Air' as a part-time designer. As a hospitality marketing agency, ‘Get Some Air’ provided great exposure in terms of collaboration with well-known clients. After graduating, I joined Axis Vantage, a digital agency based in Bengaluru. Starting out as a Graphic Designer, I was eventually promoted to UI/UX designer learning to fulfil my duties of overseeing all design assets from conception to client delivery. I enjoyed creating design elements such as logos and sales collaterals to define a brand's identity or designing web layouts with a play of colours and a promise of visual interaction. I worked with junior designers to review, guide and brainstorm ideas, while communicating effectively with other members of the creative team. With four years of professional experience and having worked with passionate teammates, I feel empowered to take up work that challenges my creative edge.

Through this process, I see myself ever-evolving as a human being, helping teams to solve 'human' problems with creative thinking and technology!
