A sensitive warrior, who is inspired by meaning, motivated by excellence and fascinated by paradox.

I have always loved bringing about structure, but not before absorbing what naturally exists by the lack of it. To find authenticity and use it to move forward is my happy place.

My journey has embraced the principles of 'no pain, no gain' and the 'harder you work, the luckier you get'. My perspective is 'glocal' having lived, educated and worked in India and other countries. With an innate talent in water, I was a competitive swimmer for India through my teens. Working against the grain at the time, I wanted to make a living by working with people (not machines), which led me to build a career from the ground up in HR management within the technology industry.

Having children led me to pause, reflect and change gears into exploring different facets around HR – in operations, marketing, the links between culture, leadership and branding, following to strategy and business too. I have always been one of the youngest in my space with high achievement as a driver and learning relationships as an outcome. The future is about being present in the moment yet dreaming about potential, for both for myself and those around me.

I fundamentally believe that life is about being the best possible version of ourselves, with wholehearted connections, and positive impact that extends beyond us. It gives me a kick to bring people together for altering experiences that lift and brighten.
